  • Build muscle, improve endurance, and get stronger in these focused classes:

    • Full Body Strength Training w/ Shelly
      Stations-class participants move from station to station which focus on upper body, lower body, core movements. Free weights, barbells, kettlebells, etc.

    • Strength Training w/ Shelly
      Instructor-led bootcamp class focusing on full body strength training. Weights, barbells, kettlebells, weighted balls, BOSU, etc.

    • Strength & Cardio w/ Andrea
      This class combines strength training and cardio to help you feel powerful, embrace every stage of life and enjoy the process along the way.

    • Strength & Cardio w/ Moi
      Full body strength training and cardiovascular exercises for all levels of fitness.

    • Full Body Strength & Cardio Training w/ Julie
      Instructor-led classes focusing on cardio and resistance training. Choreographed step routines, plyometrics, body weight and resistance bands are used.

  • Get your heart pumping and burn calories with these high-energy classes:

    • Cycling w/ Chelsea
      A high-energy cycle class combining HIIT intervals and hill climbs, synced to the beat of the music for an intense full-body workout.

    • Double Step w/ Julie
      Instructor-led Double step choreographed class. This an advanced step class; it’s best if participants have attended a regular step class prior to coming to this class.

  • Relax, stretch, and find your center with these restorative classes:

    • Yoga w/ Maria
      A Vinyasa style class linking poses and breath together in a conscious way to go deeper within, build flexibility, strength focus, enjoy harmonizing body, mind and spirit. All levels welcomed.

    • Yoga w/ Loren
      A yoga-based class that blends body strength and movement modalities to improve functional strength and mobility while also promoting the union of mind, body, and spirit. All levels welcome—good attitude REQUIRED.

  • Our senior classes are here to help you stay strong, energized, and connected. We offer a range of options designed to support an active and fulfilling lifestyle, including:

    • Silver Sneakers® w/ Moi
      Strength training and mobility exercises with resistance bands, dumbbells and exercise balls.

    • Silver Sneakers® w/ Candy
      Choreographed steps to the beat of music, muscle toning with weights, bands, exercise balls and numerous activities that improve balance.

    • Silver Sneakers® w/ DJ
      A slowed paced class with flexibility and mobility exercises.
